MARINE CITY John "Jack" Brendle, 75, of Marine City, formerly of Roseville, died Thursday, June 27, 2002, in his home. He was born Sept. 8, 1926, in Roseville. He was a member of the Masons and Shriners, Roseville Lodge No. 552 F&AM for 48 years. He was also a member of the Shriner's Keystone Kops, attending many international parades. He served in the U.S. Navy for two years during World War II aboard the USS Enterprise, a ship he was very proud of. Jack was always there to help anyone in need and was loved by all who knew him. He was a man who had a way of making everyone he met feel special. He was an expert massage artist to his friends and family and spent hours making everyone feel better. He married Rosemary Biskner
