ESCAPED AN INJUNCTION. Port Huron Boatbcrn Hallway Company llallt a Quarter of a Mile of Track on Sunday. The Tort Huron Southern railway has one injunction on Its hands, and to complete the road it has been necessary to build a -temporary track around the- disputed property.

-On Saturday last it was rumored that the people, on the line iHtween the Carey proierty, cn Thirty-second street and love street, were alnttlt to apply for an Injunction restraining the company from laying its tracks in front of their property. The managers quietly secured the services of 75 men and 2 teams, and on Sunday graded, tied and laid the rails along the disputed projierty, a distance of over a quarter of a mile. An injune-tion could not lie secured on Sunday, and the only remedy now is a suit for damages. A PECULIAR SUIT Megan In the Circuit Court by IV. L.

Jenka Afflnat Sheriff Maine. Some time ago Byron MeCormick caused the arrest of George L. Rol-crts on a charge of debt. MeCormick won his suit and secured an execution against Roberts body. He was placed in the county jail, bnt was released on a jail limits lond signed by W.

I. Jenks. A jail limits bond provides that the prisoner shall not leave the county of St. Clair. Roberts, however, has spent some time past In New York city.

The case was taken to the police court and Judge Wagner rendered a decision holding Mr. Jenks resjionsible for over $1i. Mr. Jenks has appealed the case to the circuit court. The title of the case Is W.
