Pastor Stan Liechty of Colonial Woods Missionary Church will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. Visiting is 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.

Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Hospice or the St. Clair County Youth for Thriaf mm 'Ma 4 Oct. 20, 1988. Mrs. Ledsworth was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints-Fort Gratiot Branch.

She was also a member of the Fiedelis Club, a leader of the women's department of the Varney Street Branch of the church. She and her husband owned the Lake Huron Dairy on Hancock Street. She worked for the County Extension office and was also well-known for her cakes. She is survived by two sons, Ernest A. Ledsworth of Independence, Mo.

and Warren W. Ledsworth of Port Huron; four daughters, Lorraine E. Rich of Seattle, Lois Fay Ledsworth and Donna E. Doan of Port Huron and Esther A. Brooks of Jacksonville, 20 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; two sisters, Goldia Reckker and Elvira Innes both of Port Huron.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marie Thompson and Beatrice Heering and three brothers, Ardell, Clifford and Jay Fishel. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in the Arthur Smith Funeral Home-North Chapel. Elder Russell Loeding of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Visiting is 2 to 9 p.m. today. Pallbearers will be Gerald Heering, Glen Doan, Paul Ledsworth, John, Tom and Joe Schott. Memorials may be made to the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints-Fort Gratiot Branch. March of Dimes.

She was also past president of the Michigan Waterways Council of Girl Scouts. The services will be conducted by her friend and former boss, Robert Johnson. It will be a time to mourn, share memories, see old friends, heal ourselves and celebrate the life of a wonderful woman. Please bring your memories of Dorothy's life to share with us. 10, 1945, in Almont, the son of Irvine and Helen D'Arcy Wheeler. He married Kelly Stimson June 11, 1982, in North Branch. Grant was born July 15, 1984, in Lapeer. Tom and his son were members of the Pleasant View Free Methodist Church where Mr. Wheeler had been the song director.

Mr. Wheeler had been employed by U.S. Manufacturing Co. They are survived by wife and mother, Kelly; other children (brother and sisters), Timothy and his wife, Pam Wheeler, Melinda and her husband, Gary Mclnally and Kristina Wheeler all of North Branch; two grandchildren (nephews), Christopher and Thomas Wheeler; two brothers (uncles), Don and his wife, Alma Wheeler of Lapeer and Dr. Dale and his wife, Connie Wheeler of Missouri; mother and father (grandparents), Irvine and Helen Wheeler of Missouri, formerly of Marlette; mother and father-in-law (grandparents), Gerald and Peggy Stimson of Arizona, formerly of Lapeer; other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Pleasant View Free Methodist Church in Mayville. The Rev. Robert Tucker will officiate. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery.

Visiting is noon to 9 p.m. Monday in the Baird-Newton Funeral Home in Lapeer. Memorials may be made to the Grant Wheeler North Branch Elementary School Library Fund. Hospital Auxiliary, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Sanilac and was a Red Cross Volunteer.

She is survived by her husband, Clement; a son, William C. Charron of Grand Haven; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Brennan of Palms; eight grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Robert Gurney of Florida and Charles Gurney of New Mexico and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Gurney in 1971. Services will be at 11 a.m.

Monday in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Sanilac. The Rev. Father R.K. LeFluer will officiate.

He was employed with the Buick Motor Division, retiring in 1975, after 25 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; a son, Richard and two daughters, Peggy and Ann; two sisters, Lillian Brackenbury and Vivian Smith both of Port Huron; eight grandchildren, one greatgrandchild and a sister-in-law, Helen Leslie. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Davison First Baptist Church, 208 E. 4th Davison.

Lucas, 67, died Wednesday, May 9, 1990, in Port Huron Hospital. She was born July 9, 1922, in Port Huron, the daughter of the late Mildred and David Hooper. She married George E. "Ted" Lucas Oct. 24, 1940.

She is survived by her husband, Ted; daughters, Sharon Lorey of Goodells and Lynnne Cowan and her husband, John, of Emmett; granddaughter, Cassandra Fischer of Goodells and grandson, Joseph John "J.J." Cowan of Emmett; two grandsons in Florida; a great-granddaughter, Terri Anne Lorey of Goodells and one stepgreat-granddaughter, also of Goodells. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Carrie Anne Lorey, in 1973. Dorothy was employed at the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department Emergency Services Division as a secretary. During her career she wore many hats.

She served as secretary to the Disaster Planning Committee, Medical Control Board and the St. Clair County Association of Fire Chiefs. She was an active member of the Ruby Lioness, Auxiliary Emergency Radio Organization, Eastern Michigan Law Enforcement Association, R.E.A.C.T. and the Maria V. Fuscaldo Businesswoman TUCSON Maria V.

Fuscaldo died Wednesday, March 28, 1990. She is survived by her husband, Tony. She owned and operated Merle Norman Cosmetic and Beaute Shoppes and Boutique Shops in the area. A memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, June 3, 1990, in the First United Methodist Church at 828 Lapeer Avenue.

23, 1915, in Cottrellville Township, the daughter of Rosemary and Andrew Hahn. She married Addison E. Terhune Aug. 3, 1937, in Elkhart, Ind. He died in 1986.

Mrs. Terhune graduated from Holy Cross High School in 1933. She was a lifetime member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. She was employed at Michigan Bell Telephone Co. in Marine City for four years until her marriage.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Edward A. and Sue Terhune and Andrew R. and Mary Terhune, all of Marine City; six grandchildren, Andrew, Anne, Stephen, Michael, Mark and Jennifer; two sisters, Mae Folkert of Marine City and Crescentia O'Connor of Rose-ville; a brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Jewel Hahn; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy Tomlin and Edna Hahn, all of Marine City, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson, James; two brothers, William and Leo Hahn, and two sisters, Anna Burr and Laura Arnold. Services will be at 9:30 a.m.

Drive, died Friday, May 11, 1990, in Mercy Hospital in Port Huron. She was born Nov. 1, 1916, in Detroit. She married Clement Charron Sept. 17, 1938, in Detroit.

Mrs. Charron was a member of the Deckerville Community St. Clair County Circuit Judge James T. Corden placed Loxton on probation for three years and ordered him to pay $300 court costs on that charge. Loxton also must reimburse the county for a court-appointed lawyer and pay undetermined restitution.

MARINE CITY Merchant sailors to honor WW II dead Merchant mariners from 41 Michigan cities who died in battle during World War II will be honored at an interdenominational service at 11 a.m. May 19 in Holy Cross Catholic Church. The Marine City Interfaith Choir will perform. The service will be followed the casting of a wreath into the St. Clair River in memory of American and Canadian seafarers who died in the theaters of war from Murmansk to Okinawa.

American Merchant Marine wartime memorabilia will be displayed May 14 to 21 in Fins-terwald's Clothing Store. Eldo F. Squires Eldo F. Squires PORT HURON Eldo F. Squires, 82, died Saturday, May 12, 1990, in his home.

He was born Oct. 31, 1907, in Gladwin and had been a resident of. Port Huron for 53 years. He married Martha M. Wolf Sept.

27, 1930, in northern Minnesota. Mr. Squires retired from the Mueller Brass Company in 1973, after 35 years of service. His Christian faith was the central focus of his life and he especially enjoyed sharing it with his children and grandchildren in family worship and Bible reading. Bad check buys 60-day jail term A Port Huron man was sentenced to 60 days in jail after pleading guilty to writing a bad check, then trying to get a refund. Patrick B. Loxton, 29, of 900 Stone Port Huron pleaded guilty April 2 to writing an insufficient check more than $50 but less than $200.

He also pleaded guilty to possession of less than 25 grams of cocaine. Loxton was accused of writing a bad check for clothing bought at Dancer's Fashions in St. Clair, then going back for a refund on the items.
