George Hathaway in her dark hair. The bow matched her gown of gray taffeta and mous-seline de which was trimmed with touches of rose. The dinner dress Mrs. Gordon God ley wore was made with a bottle green taffeta bodice and a striped green and white skirt. The bracelet she wore matched her white necklace.

The next club party will be held April II, at St. Clair Inn. Bess Hyde To Tell Of Youth Work In Music Members of Port Huron Musi-cale will have an opportunity to learn what is being done in the Youth divisions of the Musicale when Miss Bess L. Hyde, director of music at Tort Huron High school, will give an illustrated talk at a meeting at 2.30 m. Wednesday in Wesley hall.

Miss Hyde will open her talk with a discussion of Musicale scholarships. Scholarships winners have been Betty Wismer in 19:8. Edith Gaines in 1939: Phyllis Colter and Beulah Payton. 1940; Colter Dodman and Mar-jorie Benedict, 1941. She will also discuss opportunities for High school choir concerts: the Junior Musicale, sponsored last year by Mrs.

Harry Gough. which held Musicale programs and discussions and is this year studying the Symphony. The High school choir will sing several numbers following Miss Hyde's talk. Mrs. Al'en Stevens is program leader and Mrs.

Louis Groh is chairman. Other members of the hostess committee are Miss Lucille Beresford, Mrs. William Boyd. Mrs. B.

KeruL In tune with the times, members of the Assembly club in charge of the March party Saturday evening at St. Clair Inn, cave a 'decoration-less" dance. The decorations fund provided for the affair was donated to the Red Cross. A local band played for dancing in the dining room. Among the guests were Miss Luise Glatzner.

Flint, who was with Jimmy Miller. They were guests of Mrs. Mildred Riggin. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs.

Richard Devereaux and Miss Mary Cochrane, all of Detroit, and Mr. and Mrs. James F. Nutt. Cleveland.

Having dinner at the Inn before the dance were the Richard Thompsons. the Raymond Combs and the Fred Wargow-skys. Several snack parties also preceded the affair. Mrs. Elgin Parker, dance chairman, attended the party attired in a smart grown fashioned with a black lace bodice and black wool crepe skirt.

Bright red carnations were worn in her hair. The gown Mrs. George Hardy wore was of poudre blue moire. The skirt was full anc the bodice, tucked. Carnations formed her corsace.

The red carnations Mrs. Fred MrElroy wore in her hair matched the red in her gray and red candy stripe 5 ilk persey gown Mr. David Mcllardy's flowers were gardenia. The jacket of her white gown was made on military lines and trimmed with blue sequins and yarn. Local D.A.R.
